I had the amazing opportunity of doing a story for Joy News about a little baby who
needed heart surgery after being diagnosed with a congenital heart condition. Baby Mufeedah
Anfaani and her family were so sweet and resilient. They needed to travel all the way to India to get the surgery, that she needed and they wanted to appeal to the public to get some financial support so that they could make their journey and help their baby.

I have been in touch with the family since arriving back in the United States, and they reported that her surgery went well and she is recovering. They also updated me and said that she will need another surgery when she is a bit older to fully heal her since she is too little right now.
